Direct Support Professional - part-time

Currently interviewing for the following PT position:

Respite Center/ After School Program, Wappingers Falls

Part time position working alongside children and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a site-based after school program.

Responsibilities include - Engage individuals in activities such as reading, games, crafts and assist if needed with toileting.

Hours: Monday-Friday 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Starting rate: $18.00/hour

Benefits: Sick time accrual after 90-day probationary period, 403B enrollment from start date

Qualifications: High school diploma, COVID vaccination

Beacon - mornings, afternoons, and/or weekend flexibility - up to 38 hours/week
Wappingers Falls - weekday and weekend flexibility - up to 20 hours/week
Pleasant Valley - weekday afternoons and flexible weekends - up to 28 hours/week
Poughkeepsie - weekday afternoons and flexible weekends - up to 35 hours/week
Amenia - mornings and afternoons with weekday and weekends flexibility - up to 38 hours/week
Kingston - weekday afternoons and weekend flexibility - up to 36 hours/week
Middletown/Walden - weekday mornings and afternoons and weekend flexibility - up to 30 hours/weel

Flexible, part-time positions providing support and oversight for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These are one-on-one positions in the personal homes of the people the agency supports and serves.

Starting rate: $18.00/hours

Direct Support Professional - full-time

Full-time position available at Taconic Innovations Inc. Wappingers Falls location. Provide support and community engagement for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group setting. Convenient daytime hours!

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Starting rate: $18.00/hour

Qualification: Must have at least a high school diploma, valid driver's license, COVID vaccination

Coordinator of Services - Day Habilitation

Work alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a site-based day program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, writing monthly notes on the day program attendees' progress towards their life goals, attend review meetings for people in the day program and working with meetings members to review progress, having consistent communication with family members and people in program to determine satisfaction with the program and areas for improvement, and supporting the day program in accessing the community to further develop skills.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary: $49,200/annually

Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a human services field, valid driver's license, COVID-19 vaccination

Transportation Driver

Work with our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation department to transport clients to and from their medical appointments. An agency vehicle will be provided for you to use, no need to use your personal vehicle! Transportation hub is located in Walden, NY.

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Part-time)

Starting rate: $19.00/hour

Qualifications: Must have valid driver's license
