Coordinator of Services - Day Habilitation
Work alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a site-based day program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, writing monthly notes on the day program attendees' progress towards their life goals, attend review meetings for people in the day program and working with meetings members to review progress, having consistent communication with family members and people in program to determine satisfaction with the program and areas for improvement, and supporting the day program in accessing the community to further develop skills.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: $49,200/annually
Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a human services field, valid driver's license, COVID-19 vaccination

We are seeking a DME Clerk to join our team and assist with the coordination and distribution of durable medical equipment (DME).
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a DME Clerk located in Wappingers Falls, NY. The DME Clerk will be responsible for managing durable medical equipment (DME) orders, maintaining inventory, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additional tasks include coordinating with healthcare providers, handling patient inquiries, and updating patient records. The role also involves administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Hours: Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Starting Rate: $19.00/hour
Qualifications:
· Experience in managing and maintaining inventory
· Familiarity with processing and managing DME orders
· Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Attention to detail and the ability to follow compliance regulations
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
